How to view patrol performance
Go to Operation / Patrol.
Use the filters to select the Vendor, State, Zone, Site and Month.
Review the patrol summary shown at the top of the page.
Check the Daily Patrol Performance chart to view patrol completion by day.
What you can check
On this page, you can view:
Total patrol sessions
Completion percentage
Total checkpoints scanned
Completed patrols
Incomplete patrols
Failed patrols
Understand the chart
The chart shows daily patrol performance based on status.
Common statuses include:
Completed: Patrol was completed successfully
Incomplete: Patrol was not fully completed
Failed: Patrol did not meet the required completion
With reason: A reason was provided for incomplete or failed patrol
Patrol sessions
The Patrol Sessions section shows active or past patrol sessions.
You can check details such as:
Site name
Staff name
Date
Patrol session time
Checkpoint scanned
Patrol status
Click View to open more details for a selected patrol session.
