Common user roles
Admin
Admin users usually have the highest access in THPatrol.
They can manage system settings, users, sites, guards, devices, reports, and overall account setup.
Supervisor
Supervisor users usually monitor daily patrol operations.
They can review guard activity, check patrol progress, monitor attendance, view incidents, and follow up on operation records.
Guard
Guard users usually use the mobile app to complete daily patrol tasks.
They can view assigned tasks, scan checkpoints, submit patrol updates, and report incidents.
Why access may be different
Some users may not see all menus or features. This depends on their assigned role and access permission.
If a user cannot view or manage a certain section, the admin may need to update their access.
